Why We Exist
Most agencies scale by adding headcount. More people, more projects, more overhead, more meetings about meetings. We took the opposite bet: stay small, hire only senior engineers, and go deep on every project. We scale with expertise, not bodies.
That means every project gets the same people from kickoff to launch. The person who designs your architecture is the person who writes the code, reviews the tests, and answers your Slack messages. Three disciplines: web, enterprise, iOS. All of them owned end-to-end.
